Scope of work	Cleaning and disinfection of ventilation systems of buildings and structures from grease and dust in supply and exhaust ventilation systems, drilling mud on the exhaust ventilation system of the drilling module, as well as balancing of ventilation systems at all offshore and onshore facilities of the Company at the request of the Company: - Determining the degree of contamination of ventilation systems. - Preparation of the Work Method Statement (WMS). - Selection of the method of cleaning the ventilation system. - Selection of the cleansing agent for cleaning and disinfection. - Calculation of the required amount of the selected cleansing agent. - Selection and preparation of the necessary equipment. - Location of additional service hatches for cleaning and disinfection. - Dismantling, if necessary, of the severely contaminated air ducts. - Cleaning of air ducts using the selected method and agent. - Disinfection of air ducts. - Reinstallation of removed sections. - Balancing of ventilation systems (redistribution of air flows according to design specificatons). - Preparation of Acts of completion for cleaning and disinfection of ventilation and preparation of any other necessary reporting documents. Description of ventilation systems requiring cleaning: - Local exhaust ventilation system includes: air ducts (circular and rectangular sections), exhaust hoods over equipment, shutoff and distribution dampers, exhaust fans and plants, diffusers and anemostats. - Centralized supply and exhaust ventilation, including: air ducts (circular and rectangular sections), shutoff and distribution dampers, and supply and exhaust air handling units, air distribution grilles and anemostats.
Requirements to bidders	− The bidder (legal entity) provide the minimum number of qualified personnel to commence work under the Contract, namely: Ventilation Cleaning Specialist (Mechanical Engineer, Technician) - four (4) specialists. − Each of the bidder's specialists is certified for industrial safety, Group 2 Electrical Safety, and safe methods and working at height safety. − Minimum essential specialised equipment required for the performance of work, including, but not limited to: § Vacuum unit with a capacity of at least 8000 m3/h. § Bristle machine able to supply a cleansing agent directly to the brush and adjust rotations per minute, with a shaft length of at least 30 meters. § Flexible shaft with at least 10 meters long. § High pressure cylinder (complete with hose and spray gun). § Cold fogger. § Hose filters of various sizes (at least 2 standard sizes, 3 units each). § A cleansing agent that does not react with rubber and polymer elements of the ventilation system, effectively removing grease, nicotine and various hydrocarbon-based contaminants. § Downcut shears capable of cutting stainless steel ducts up to 3 mm thick. § Instrument for measuring air flows.
