Scope of work

The scope of work under contract C02227 (Lot 1) will include the following:

 

−     Daily provision of hot set lunches of up to 800 portions per day on working days for office employees in SEB 1 and SEB 2, Kvartal Business Centre.

−     Daily service of coffee rooms in office buildings SEB 1, SEB 2, Kvartal Business Centre (up to 15 coffee rooms).

−     Provision of services for conferences on request.

−     Preparation and delivery of food packages for the Company's employees travelling on a rotational basis to the Company's northern production facilities (delivery to the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk – Nogliki train).

−     Daily preparation and delivery of alternative/packed lunches.

−     Purchase of utensils and materials required for the provision of services under the Contract, purchase of equipment, if necessary, at the Customer's request.

−     Regular maintenance of kitchen and refrigerating equipment in the catering facilities of office buildings.

−     Organisation of services for employees against cash payment (coffee shops, breakfasts, etc.).

−     Regular maintenance of kitchen and refrigerating equipment in the catering facilities of office buildings.

−     Engagement of movers and transport to move equipment if necessary.

−     Other services.

 

The scope of work under Contract C02228 (Lot 2) will include the following:

 

−     Daily provision of hot lunches on weekdays in the Hub restaurant up to 250 portions per day.

−     Daily provision of sports services for sports facilities and administration of public buildings.

−     Regular maintenance of sports, kitchen and refrigeration equipment of the restaurant and bar catering unit.

−     Regular cleaning of premises at the following facilities of the Zima Highlands Residential Complex:

·         Zima-3 Recreation Centre (except for the laundry room).

·         Corporate school.

·         Oasis Sports Centre.

·         Zima-1 Recreation Centre.

·         HUB Leisure Centre.

·         Corporate Children's Centre (3 buildings).

−     Provision of services for conferences on request.

−     Purchase of utensils and materials required for the provision of services under the Contract, purchase of equipment, if necessary, at the Customer's request.

−     Providing individual and banquet service in the Hub restaurant, PAB bar.

−     Provision of phyto-bar services to the Oasis Sports Centre.

−     Provision of snacks and drinks in vending machines.

−     Catering for the children of the Children's Centre (up to 70 people daily) and the Corporate School (up to 70 people daily) on working days.

−     Catering in summer for the Happy Holidays programme for up to 250 people.

−     Maintenance of coffee rooms in Zima Highlands Residential Complex (up to 5 coffee rooms).

−     Ensuring the operation of CRM (CRM- Customer Relationship Management) at Zima Highlands application.

−     Organisation and implementation of mass events with catering and outdoor sports and leisure activities, including large events with up to 3,000 visitors at a time.

−     Engagement of movers and transport to move equipment if necessary.

−     Provision of additional sports instructors for sports classes and animators for leisure activities.

 

Requirements to bidders

−     Proven similar experience of at least 5 years in:

·         Catering in office facilities, leisure facilities (restaurant, bar, field service, etc.).

·         Household services.

·         Providing and working in an automated system for accounting and scheduled maintenance of the equipment in operation, working in a CRM system for accounting and analysing data on visitors to the facilities, booking and provision of services.

−     Availability of food safety management system GOST R ISO 22000-2019 under current contracts/contract.

−     Availability of ISO 9001-2015 (GOST R ISO 9001-2015) Quality Management System Certificate of Conformity or readiness to obtain it before the commencement of services under the contract.

−     Availability of ISO 45001:2018 (GOST R ISO 45001-2020) Certificate of Conformity to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System or readiness to obtain it before the commencement of services under the contract.

−     Availability of competent management personnel to organise all key processes both during the mobilisation period and during the contract validity period aimed at ensuring high quality of services.

 

Expected date of the contract award 21.07.2025
Expected contract period 3 years, with an option to extend for two periods of 2 years.
