Tender №С02074 for the Provision of Services for the Organisation and Implementation of Construction Control of the Customer at the Company’s Facilities

–        Compliance with the sequence and composition of all technological operations when carrying out construction and installation work at the Company’s construction site with recording the result of construction control in the construction control log of the contractor and the general work log.

–        Carrying out incoming inspection of materials and equipment for their compliance with design and working documentation (jointly, with a representative of the person carrying out construction at the Company’s site).

–        Control, at the facility where services are provided, of the completeness, quality and timing of execution of as-built documentation in accordance with the approved list, the requirements of project documentation and federal regulations.

–        carrying out, together with the Company, the examination of hidden work and intermediate acceptance of critical structures that affect the safety of the construction site, sections of engineering support networks;

–        Implementation, together with a representative of the Company, of acceptance of completed types (stages) of work with endorsement of documents confirming the quality and scope of work, participation in the working and acceptance commissions.

–          monitoring the timeliness of elimination of warnings and orders issued by the Regional Authority for Construction Control and Design Supervision, as well as other regulatory and supervisory authorities.

–        Issue a warning/order based on non-conformities.

–        Performance of construction control services in the scope and time frame provided for by the project.

–        Other measures for the purpose of carrying out construction control, provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

–        The participant must confirm the possibility of providing construction control services in accordance with construction control regulations, conditions described in the scope of work and the requirements of current legislative and regulatory documents of the Russian Federation.

–        The participant must be able to ensure the provision of services with the help of highly qualified specialists with the appropriate education, experience, registration in the NOSTROY Register, certification taking into account specialization and with the availability of protocols confirming qualifications in the field of industrial safety, issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation:

·          B.1.3 Operation of hazardous liquefied natural gas production facilities.

·          B.1.7 Operation of hazardous production facilities of oil and petroleum products warehouses.

·          B.1.9 Construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, major repairs, conservation and liquidation of chemically hazardous production facilities.

·          B.2.1 Operation of oil and gas industry facilities.

·          B.2.3 Design of oil and gas production facilities.

·          B.2.5 Oilfield pipelines for transporting oil and gas.

·          B.2.7 Main oil pipelines and oil product pipelines.

·          B.2.8 Main gas pipelines.

·          B.8.6 Design, construction, reconstruction, overhaul and technical. re-equipment of hazardous production facilities, manufacturing, installation (dismantling), adjustment, maintenance and repair (reconstruction) of equipment operating under excess pressure used at hazardous production facilities.

·         B.9.5 Design, construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, major repairs, conservation, liquidation of hazardous production facilities that use lifting structures.
