Tender №C02069 for Engineering Support Services for Operation and Repair of Main Pipelines

-       Development of the Company's regulatory and technical documentation/harmonisation of the Company's regulatory and technical documentation for compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Russian Federation.

-       Assessment of the technical condition of pipelines.

-       Development of criteria to justify criticality and classification of pipeline defects.

-       Expert assessment/development of technical solutions, development of technology for repair of main pipelines.

-       Expert assessment/harmonisation of design solutions provided by third parties (e.g. when crossing the Company's main pipelines) for compliance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation of the Russian Federation.

-       Experience in the development of regulatory and technical documentation (RTD) related to oil and/or gas pipelines by own resources.

-       Experience of assessment of the technical condition of defective sections of gas and/or oil pipelines by own resources.

-       Experience in research and/or design and testing activities in the field of improving reliability and safe operation, repair technologies for gas and/or oil pipelines.

-       Availability of patents for invention/utility model/industrial design in the field of pipelines and oil and/or gas storage.

-       Availability of licensed software for computer modelling of the stress-strain state and strength calculations of pipeline sections using the finite element method.

-       Bidder's capability to confirm the right to arrange the development of design documentation or the right to develop design documentation for main/field pipelines.

-       Availability of a valid license for industrial safety expert review activities (documentation for technical upgrade, technical equipment (Article 7 of the Federal Law No. 116-FZ dated 21 July 1997), buildings and structures at a hazardous production facility designed for the implementation of technological processes).

-       Availability of qualified personnel in the organization.
