Scope of work	- Organisation of cargo transportation within and outside the territory of the Russian Federation from the point of dispatch to the point of destination, including delivery to residential premises specified by the Company. - Organisation of cargo packing at the point of receipt of cargo for transportation and unpacking at the point of cargo destination, using own packing materials. - Ensure that at the point of dispatch/destination and all at intermediate/transshipment points cargo is dispatched, received, transferred. - Ensure that cargo is loaded and unloaded throughout its entire journey. - Ensure delivery of cargo to/from сontractor's warehouse. - Determine and verify the quantity and condition of cargo. - Ensure that cargo is insured in accordance with applicable laws. - Provision of other services requested under the contract as specified by the Company.
Requirements to bidders	- Experience in organising transportation on Sakhalin: for 3 years or more. - An office / separate subdivision in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. - Experience in organising transportation within the Russian Federation, from/to CIS countries, outside the Russian Federation. - A warehouse in Sakhalin Oblast and RF. - Can organise the packing of cargo at the point of dispatch and provide assistance in unpacking the cargo (including waste collection and disposal). - Can organise customs clearance of cargo.
Expected date of the contract award	15.10.2024
Expected contract period	3 years (with 2-year extension option)
