Tender №C02100 for Provision of Heavy Lift Services for Planned Process Shutdowns

−        Bidder (legal entity) shall have experience in providing equipment and lifting services using heavy machinery (including self-propelled carts) in the oil and gas industry in the Russian Federation in the Far North and equivalent areas.

−        Bidder (legal entity) shall have experience in providing services for the design and planning of lifting operations at highly hazardous, technically complex and unique facilities during annual scheduled maintenance.

−        Bidder shall have capacity to commence work under the contract to ensure the availability of a minimum number of qualified and certified personnel in accordance with the legislation on industrial safety, electrical safety, fire safety measures for personnel engaged in lifting operations at a hazardous production facility, namely:

−       Project manager - 2 persons;

−       Process flow charts and method statements engineer - 2 persons;

−       Operations supervisor - 10 persons;

−       Crane operator - 10 persons;

−       Slinger - 30 persons;

−       Hawler - 6 persons;

−       Rigger - 10 persons.

−        Bidder shall have capacity to start work under the contract to ensure the availability of a fleet of equipment to perform work at the Company's assets:

−       OPF and Booster Station No. 2:

§ Crane (220-250 tons, 5-ax);

§ Crane (130-150 tons, 5-ax);

§ Crane (70-80 tons, 4-ax);

§ Crane (50-60 tons, 3-ax);

§ Trailer (60 tons) - 2 pcs.

−       Prigorodnoye PC:

§ Crane (120 tons, 5-6-ax);

§ Crane (90 tons, 4-ax);

§ Tractor unit with platform (40 tons) - 2 pcs.

−        Bidder shall have available personnel with valid certification in industrial safety areas corresponding to the profile of a hazardous production facility in terms of lifting operations and work at oil and gas facilities.
