In addition, this activity involves conducting a training programme for contractors and subcontractors, as well as many other practices that allow the company to successfully implement the Sakhalin-2 project for 25 years while observing the highest international standards of social responsibility.

The UN Global Compact initiated in July 2000 is a major global initiative for promoting corporate social responsibility. It has brought together over 13 thousand participants, including about 10 thousand business representatives.
