Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee and member of the Board of Directors of Gazprom, made a working visit to Prigorodnoye Asset on 5 July. A heavy programme of his stay started with Prigorodnoye Asset.
Roman Dashkov, Chairman of the Committee of Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officer of Sakhalin Energy, provided information on current work of the asset and submitted proposals concerning improvement of production efficiency of the enterprise. A project of building the Sakhalin Oil and Gas Industrial Park which the company implements in the Oblast jointly with the regional government arouse a special interest of Deputy Chairman. “The Sakhalin Park is a necessary measure but it will work efficiently when it is provided with orders and resources,” Vitaly Markelov pointed out.
“Fulfilment of the production programme directly depends on reliability of our system, therefore, we have developed measures to improve this indicator which extend from revision of the equipment maintenance programme to creation of the Industrial Park on our island,” noted Alexander Singurov, Sakhalin Energy Deputy Production Director.
According to him, one of the measures aimed at improvement of the equipment reliability is reorganising the Engineering Department with creation, on its basis, additional services for analytical and predictive monitoring of the equipment technical condition as well as for prompt technical response in case any problems arise with the main production equipment and ensuring around-the-clock technical expert support of the company’s assets in real time.
In the Control Centre of Prigorodnoye Asset, Alexander Gusev, Operations Manager, reported normal operation of process lines. A video conference with Lunskoye-A Platform also took place in the Control Centre. Sergey Stepovikov, the Platform Manager, confirmed correct function of all the equipment units and absence of any issues.
During the bus tour of the plant production area, shareholders learned about the work of the Russia’s first large-tonnage LNG Plant. “On average, we offload a gas-carrying vessel each two days and an oil tanker once in six days. Today, we are waiting for ‘Governor Farkhutdinov’ to come”, Roman Dashkov said.
